Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 5025 of 2012

Hon'ble Vikram Nath,J.
Sri J.K. Khanna, learned Standing Counsel upon instructions has stated that the examinations were held in the month of October, 2012 in 62 districts. The results are to be compiled jointly by the Secretary/Examination Controlling Authority. Result of 54 districts have been received. However 8 districts have not forwarded their results. It has further been stated that as soon as the records are received from the remaining 8 districts the result would be finally declared within a period of one month. The instructions are dated 7.11.2012. It is expected that the evaluation from the all the remaining districts will be received within 10 days and within a month thereafter i.e. 18.12.2012 the result will be declared.
One last opportunity is granted to the opposite party to get the result compiled and declared within one month.
List this contempt application on 20.12.2012. By the said date an affidavit may be filed by the opposite party placing on record the fact that the results have been declared, failing which she shall remain present before this Court.
